มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา ลงพื้นที่สำรวจชุมชนท่าลี่ขับเคลื่อนโครงการยกระดับเศรษฐกิจฐานราก สู่ Soft Power ด้วยเศรษฐกิจ BCG

วันนี้ วันที่ 22 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2568 เวลา 9:00 น.-16:00 น. ผศ.ดร.ภัทรวิทย์ อยู่วัฒนะ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์การศึกษาจังหวัดอุดรธานี มอบหมายให้อาจารย์ธีรารัตน์ อำนาจเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์บริหารกิจการพิเศษ พร้อมด้วยอาจารย์ภิรายุ แสนบุดดา ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์บริหารวิชาการ, อาจารย์อมรรัตน์ หมื่นจิตน้อย หัวหน้าสาขาโลจิสติกส์และโซ่อุปทาน และนางสาวอนุธิดา แสงใส นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผน และนักศึกษา ได้ลงพื้นที่บริการวิชาการ ภายใต้ใครงการยุทธศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 “โครงการยกระดับเศรษฐกิจฐานรากและมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชนสู่การขับเคลื่อน Soft Power ด้วยเศรษฐกิจ BCG การลงพื้นที่ในครั้งนี้จัดขึ้น ณ วิสาหกิจชุมชนการท่องเที่ยวสะพานหินเชิงอนุรักษ์ ตำบลท่าลี่ อำเภอกุมภวาปี จังหวัดอุดรธานี โดยมีการสัมภาษณ์และสำรวจความต้องการของชุมชน เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงพื้นที่สำหรับกำหนดเป้าหมายและแนวทางการดำเนินโครงการให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทและศักยภาพของชุมชนอย่างแท้จริง

ทั้งนี้ได้รับความร่วมมือจาก นางวงเวียน พลนามอินทร์ ประธานวิสาหกิจชุมชนฯ พร้อมด้วย พี่จริยา อายุพัฒน์ และตัวแทนประชาชนในตำบลท่าลี่ ร่วมให้ข้อมูลพื้นฐานของชุมชน ตลอดจนสะท้อนความต้องการและปัญหาของประชาชนในพื้นที่ เพื่อนำไปใช้ในการจัดทำ แผนการพัฒนาเชิงพื้นที่ตำบลท่าลี่ ในระยะต่อไป

การจัดกิจกรรมดังกล่าวสอดคล้องกับ เป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) โดยเฉพาะ เป้าหมายที่ 10: ลดความเหลื่อมล้ำทางสังคม ผ่านกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิต สร้างความเข้มแข็งทางเศรษฐกิจฐานราก และต่อยอดทุนทางวัฒนธรรมของชุมชนสู่การขับเคลื่อน Soft Power อย่างยั่งยืน

Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Conducts Field Survey in Tha Li Community

Advancing a Grassroots Economic Development Project toward Soft Power through the BCG Economy

On 22 December 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Assistant Professor Dr.Pattaravis Yoowattana, Director of Udon Thani Education Center, Lecturer Teerarat Amnartcharoen , Director of the Center for Special Affairs Administration, together with Lecturer Phirayu Seanbudda, Director of the Center for Academic Administration; Lecturer Amornrat Muenjitnoy, Head of the Logistics and Supply Chain Program; Ms. Anutida Sangsai, Policy and Planning Analyst; and students to conduct academic service activities in the field.

The activities were carried out under the Rajabhat University Strategic Project for Local Development, Fiscal Year 2026, entitled “The Project on Enhancing the Grassroots Economy and Community Product Standards toward Driving Soft Power through the BCG Economy.”

This field visit took place at the Hin Bridge Eco-Tourism Community Enterprise, Tha Li Subdistrict, Kumphawapi District, Udon Thani Province. The team conducted interviews and a needs assessment survey to collect area-based data for setting project goals and implementation guidelines that truly align with the local context and community potential.

The activity received strong cooperation from Ms. Wongwian Phonnamin, President of the Community Enterprise, along with Ms. Jariya Ayuphat and representatives of residents from Tha Li Subdistrict, who provided essential background information about the community and reflected local needs and challenges. The information gathered will be used in developing a spatial-based development plan for Tha Li Subdistrict in the next phase.

This initiative is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities, through a participatory community-based approach aimed at improving quality of life, strengthening the grassroots economy, and leveraging local cultural capital to sustainably drive Soft Power.
