SSRU อุดรธานี ยกระดับผู้นำท้องถิ่นรุ่นใหม่ เดินหน้าจัดอบรมรุ่นที่ 2 เสริมศักยภาพรอบด้านสู่การบริหารอย่างมืออาชีพ

ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์การศึกษาจังหวัดอุดรธานี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา กล่าวรายงานในโครงการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร
“การพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้บริหารและสมาชิกสภาองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นที่ได้รับเลือกตั้งใหม่” รุ่นที่ 2
โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก
นายสาจิต จันทรศิริ
ท้องถิ่นจังหวัดอุดรธานี
เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดโครงการ
การอบรมจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่
1–3 เมษายน 2569 ณ โรงแรมสยามแกรนด์
จังหวัดอุดรธานี
โครงการมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้นำท้องถิ่นแบบ
“ครบทุกมิติ”
ครอบคลุมทั้งการบริหารจัดการงบประมาณ
การจัดทำแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่น
และระเบียบข้อบังคับการประชุมสภาท้องถิ่น
เพื่อให้สามารถนำองค์ความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้จริงในการปฏิบัติงาน
ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมจะได้รับทั้งความรู้เชิงกฎหมาย
แนวทางปฏิบัติที่ถูกต้อง
และมุมมองการบริหารงานยุคใหม่
เสริมความพร้อมสู่การเป็นผู้นำท้องถิ่นที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
โปร่งใส
และตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของประชาชน
พร้อมกันนี้
โครงการยังเป็นเวทีสำคัญในการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์
และสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างผู้บริหารและสมาชิกสภาท้องถิ่น
เพื่อยกระดับการพัฒนาพื้นที่อย่างยั่งยืน

SSRU Udon
Thani elevates the potential of
new-generation local leaders, moving
forward with the second training session
to enhance their all-around capabilities
for professional management.
On April 2, 2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Pattaravis Yoowattana, Director of Udon Thani Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, reported on the training program: “Developing the Potential of Newly Elected Local Government Executives and Council Members,” Session 2.
Mr. Sajit
Chandrasiri, Head of the Udon Thani
Provincial Local Administration Office,
presided over the opening
ceremony.
The training
was held from April 1–3, 2026, at
the Siam Grand Hotel, Udon Thani
Province.
The project
focuses on developing the potential of
local leaders in a
“holistic” manner, covering
budget management, local development
planning, and local council meeting
regulations, so that they can apply the
knowledge in real-world work.
Participants
will receive legal knowledge, correct
practices, and modern management
perspectives, enhancing their readiness
to become effective, transparent, and
responsive local leaders to the needs of
the people.
In addition,
the project serves as an important
platform for exchanging experiences. And
to build a network of cooperation
between administrators and local council
members in order to enhance sustainable
area development.

development by creating knowledge and
continuously developing personnel
capabilities.
