กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน จัดสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการ พัฒนาวิทยากรต้นแบบทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงาน

 อาจารย์สาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์และโซ่อุปทาน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา ศูนย์การศึกษาจังหวัดอุดรธานี ได้เข้าร่วมโครงการ สัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อพัฒนาวิทยากรต้นแบบการฝึกอบรมการเป็นผู้ทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงาน จัดโดยกองพัฒนามาตรฐานและทดสอบฝีมือแรงงาน กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ณ โรงแรมไพน์เฮิร์สท กอล์ฟคลับ เพื่อเพิ่มพูนสมรรถนะและทักษะที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการดำเนินงานของ ศูนย์ทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงาน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา ศูนย์การศึกษาจังหวัดอุดรธานี ให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น

การสัมมนาครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างความรู้และทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับผู้เข้าร่วม เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพให้สามารถปฏิบัติหน้าที่เป็น “วิทยากรต้นแบบการฝึกอบรมการเป็นผู้ทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงาน” ได้อย่างถูกต้อง โปร่งใส และเป็นธรรมตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด พร้อมทั้งสนับสนุนและยกระดับคุณภาพบุคลากรให้สามารถทำหน้าที่เป็นกำลังสำคัญในการพัฒนามาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงานของประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน

The Department of Skill Development held a workshop to develop model trainers for skill standards testing.

 Lecturers in the Logistics and Supply Chain Management Program at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Udon Thani Education Center, participated in a workshop to develop model trainers for skill standards testing. Organized by the Skill Standards Development and Testing Division, Department of Skill Development, at the Pinehurst Golf Club, the workshop aimed to enhance competencies and relevant skills, which could be applied to the operations of the Skill Standards Testing Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Udon Thani Education Center, to enhance efficiency.

This seminar focused on enhancing the knowledge and skills required by participants to develop their potential as "model trainers for skill standards testing" in a correct, transparent, and fair manner, in accordance with established criteria. The workshop also supported and enhanced the quality of personnel, enabling them to play a key role in the sustainable development of the country's skill standards.
