นักศึกษา SSRU อุดรธานี ลงพื้นที่เรียนรู้จริง เสริมทักษะ Soft Skills ผ่านกระบวนการ “วิศวกรสังคม”

อาจารย์อมรรัตน์ หมื่นจิตน้อย นำนักศึกษาเข้าร่วมโครงการ “สร้างคน สร้างชุมชน ด้วย Soft Skills และหัวใจวิศวกรสังคม” ภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการประกอบการเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น ด้วยกระบวนการวิศวกรสังคม

 โดยเป็นการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือของวิศวกรสังคม พร้อมกิจกรรม Workshop ฝึกปฏิบัติจริง ผ่านการลงพื้นที่สำรวจข้อมูลกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์และประยุกต์ใช้กับเครื่องมือวิศวกรสังคมอย่างเป็นระบบ

 กิจกรรมดังกล่าวมุ่งเสริมสร้างทักษะ Soft Skills การคิดวิเคราะห์ การทำงานร่วมกับชุมชน การสื่อสาร และการแก้ปัญหาเชิงสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษาให้สามารถนำองค์ความรู้ไปต่อยอดสู่การพัฒนาท้องถิ่นได้อย่างยั่งยืน

SSRU Udon Thani students gain real-world learning experience and enhance their soft skills through the “Social Engineering” process

Ajarn Amornrat Muenjitnoy led students to participate in the project “Building People, Building Communities with Soft Skills and the Heart of Social Engineering” under the Entrepreneurial Competency Development Project for Local Development through the Social Engineering Process.

 This involved practical training on social engineering tools, along with hands-on workshops involving fieldwork to survey community enterprise groups. The data was then analyzed and systematically applied using social engineering tools.

 This activity aimed to strengthen soft skills such as analytical thinking, working with communities, communication, and creative problem-solving, in order to develop students' potential to apply their knowledge to sustainable local development.
