มรภ.สวนสุนันทา ศูนย์ฯ อุดรธานี ร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการกำกับการใช้ที่ดินของรัฐ เดินหน้าขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาพื้นที่เพื่อการศึกษา

วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 23 กรกฎาคม 2569 ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ภัทรวิทย์ อยู่วัฒนะ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์การศึกษาจังหวัดอุดรธานี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา พร้อมด้วย นายสุพัฒน์ สมสุข รองผู้อำนวยการศูนย์การศึกษาจังหวัดอุดรธานี และบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วมการประชุมคณะกรรมการกำกับการใช้ที่ดินของรัฐ จังหวัดอุดรธานี และการประชุมคณะกรรมการพิจารณาเรื่องราวการขออนุญาตประกอบกิจการตามมาตรา 9 แห่งประมวลกฎหมายที่ดิน ณ ห้องประชุมสำนักงานที่ดินจังหวัดอุดรธานี

การประชุมครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อพิจารณาคำขอใช้และขอถอนสภาพที่ดินสาธารณประโยชน์ แปลง "ทุ่งลีตาห้าสาธารณประโยชน์" ตำบลสามพร้าว อำเภอเมืองอุดรธานี จังหวัดอุดรธานี ซึ่งมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทาได้ยื่นคำขอใช้พื้นที่บางส่วน เพื่อรองรับการพัฒนา ศูนย์การศึกษาจังหวัดอุดรธานี ให้เป็นศูนย์กลางด้านการศึกษา การวิจัย และการบริการวิชาการของภูมิภาค

ทั้งนี้ คณะผู้แทนจากมหาวิทยาลัยได้ร่วมชี้แจงข้อมูลและให้รายละเอียดประกอบการพิจารณาของคณะกรรมการ เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง อันเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญของการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาพื้นที่การศึกษาให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อการผลิตบัณฑิต การพัฒนาท้องถิ่น และการสร้างโอกาสทางการศึกษาให้แก่ประชาชนในจังหวัดอุดรธานีและพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง

SSRU Udon Thani Participates in State Land Committee Meeting to Advance Educational Development

On Thursday, 23 July 2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Phattharawit Yoowatthana, Director of the Udon Thani Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (SSRU), together with Mr. Supat Somsuk, Deputy Director of the Udon Thani Education Center, and relevant staff, attended the meeting of the Udon Thani Provincial State Land Use Committee and the Committee on Applications for Permissions under Section 9 of the Land Code at the Udon Thani Provincial Land Office.

The meeting was convened to consider applications concerning the use of, and the withdrawal of public land status from, a portion of the "Thung Lee Ta Ha Public Land" in Sam Phrao Subdistrict, Mueang Udon Thani District, Udon Thani Province. Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University has submitted a request to utilize part of this area to support the continued development of the Udon Thani Education Center as a regional hub for higher education, research, and academic services.

During the meeting, the University's representatives presented supporting information and provided detailed clarification to assist the committee's deliberations, ensuring that all proposed actions comply with the applicable laws and regulations.
