มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา ศูนย์การศึกษาจังหวัดอุดรธานี เดินหน้าพัฒนาศักยภาพกำลังคนด้านโลจิสติกส์และการขนส่งของประเทศ ผ่านการจัดทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงานแห่งชาติ สาขาอาชีพนักบริหารการขนส่งสินค้าทางถนน ระดับ 1 เมื่อวันที่ 7 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2569 โดยศูนย์ทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงาน ศูนย์การศึกษาจังหวัดอุดรธานี เพื่อยกระดับสมรรถนะบุคลากรให้มีมาตรฐานวิชาชีพที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของภาคอุตสาหกรรมและการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเศรษฐกิจยุคใหม่
การทดสอบในครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วยทั้งภาคความรู้และภาคความสามารถ
เพื่อประเมินศักยภาพด้านการบริหารจัดการการขนส่งสินค้าทางถนนและทักษะการปฏิบัติงานจริงตามมาตรฐานอาชีพ
โดยมุ่งเน้นให้ผู้เข้ารับการทดสอบสามารถประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ด้านโลจิสติกส์
การวางแผนการขนส่ง การบริหารต้นทุน
และการจัดการระบบขนส่งได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ซึ่งเป็นทักษะสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาระบบเศรษฐกิจและโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านการขนส่งของประเทศ
การดำเนินงานดังกล่าวสะท้อนบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทาในการเป็นสถาบันอุดมศึกษาที่สนับสนุนการพัฒนากำลังคนคุณภาพ
และเชื่อมโยงการศึกษาเข้ากับความต้องการของภาคอุตสาหกรรมอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
ผ่านระบบการรับรองมาตรฐานวิชาชีพที่ช่วยเพิ่มโอกาสในการจ้างงานและการพัฒนาความก้าวหน้าในสายอาชีพให้แก่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านโลจิสติกส์และการขนส่ง
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวมีความสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) โดยเฉพาะ SDG 4 การศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ ในมิติของการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตและการพัฒนาทักษะวิชาชีพที่ตอบโจทย์ตลาดแรงงาน SDG 8 การจ้างงานที่มีคุณค่าและการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจ ผ่านการยกระดับศักยภาพแรงงานให้มีมาตรฐานและรองรับการเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรมโลจิสติกส์ รวมถึง SDG 9 อุตสาหกรรม นวัตกรรม และโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ซึ่งมุ่งสนับสนุนการพัฒนาระบบขนส่งและโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านโลจิสติกส์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน

**Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Enhances National Logistics Workforce through National Skill Standard Testing**
Suan
Sunandha Rajabhat University, Udon Thani
Education Center, continues to
strengthen the capacity of the
nation’s logistics and
transportation workforce through the
organization of the National Skill
Standard Test for the occupation of Road
Freight Transport Administrator, Level
1, held on March 7, 2026, by the Skill
Standard Testing Center of the Udon
Thani Education Center. The initiative
aimed to enhance workforce competency
and professional standards in alignment
with industrial demands and the changing
dynamics of the modern
economy.
The
assessment consisted of both theoretical
and practical examinations designed to
evaluate participants’
capabilities in road freight
transportation management and
operational skills in accordance with
occupational standards. The test focused
on enabling participants to effectively
apply knowledge in logistics management,
transportation planning, cost
management, and transportation system
administration, which are essential
competencies for strengthening the
nation’s economic system and
transportation
infrastructure.
This
initiative reflects Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University’s role as a
higher education institution committed
to developing a high-quality workforce
and connecting education with industrial
needs in a tangible manner. Through
professional certification systems, the
university helps increase employment
opportunities and career advancement for
personnel in the logistics and
transportation sectors.
