Wing 23 Disaster Relief Center Provides Assistance to Flood Victims in Sam Phrao Subdistrict, Mueang District, Udon Thani ProvinceOn 

October 2nd, 2015, Group Captain Wittawat Krongthanin, Commander of Wing 23 and Director of Wing 23 Disaster Relief Center, along with the Deputy Commander of Wing 23 and the Chief of Staff of Wing 23, led volunteer soldiers, civil servants, and conscripts from Wing 23 to provide assistance to flood victims in Sam Phrao Subdistrict. Approximately 120 households were affected by Tropical Depression "Bualoi" and the increased water drainage of several major reservoirs, which inundated agricultural areas and homes in many areas.
