มรภ.สวนสุนันทา ศูนย์ฯ อุดรธานี จัดโครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรสายวิชาการ มุ่งยกระดับสู่ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการตามมาตรฐาน

วันที่ 17 เมษายน 2569 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา ศูนย์การศึกษาจังหวัดอุดรธานี จัดโครงการ “พัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรสายวิชาการ เพื่อการเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน” ณ ห้องประชุมข่อทองกวาวโดยมีผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และบุคลากรสายวิชาการเข้าร่วมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง

โครงการดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักเกณฑ์และกระบวนการขอตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ พร้อมทั้งพัฒนาทักษะในการจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการ อันจะนำไปสู่การยกระดับคุณภาพด้านการเรียนการสอน การวิจัย และการบริการวิชาการแก่สังคม ซึ่งเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษา

ในโอกาสนี้ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ภัทรวิทย์ อยู่วัฒนะ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์การศึกษาจังหวัดอุดรธานี เป็นผู้กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์และความเป็นมาของโครงการ โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.รจนา จันทรสา รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและพัฒนา เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด พร้อมกล่าวให้โอวาทแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรม

นอกจากนี้ ยังได้รับเกียรติจาก ศาสตราจารย์ (ญาณวิทย์) ดร. อลงกลด แทนออมทอง เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายในหัวข้อ “เทคนิคการเขียนผลงานทางวิชาการ ตำรา และหนังสือ เพื่อขอตำแหน่งทางวิชาการตามหลักเกณฑ์ใหม่” โดยถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์อย่างเข้มข้น

โดยในช่วงบ่ายเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการได้เข้ารับคำปรึกษารายบุคคลจากวิทยากร เพื่อให้สามารถนำความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาผลงานทางวิชาการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป

การจัดโครงการในครั้งนี้นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งกิจกรรมสำคัญที่สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของมหาวิทยาลัยในการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานทางวิชาการและเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งทางวิชาชีพในระดับอุดมศึกษา

Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Udon Thani Education Center, Organizes Academic Staff Capacity Building Project Aiming for Academic Positions According to Standard Criteria.

On April 17th, 2026, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Udon Thani Education Center, organized the “Academic Staff Capacity Building Project for Attaining Academic Positions According to Standard Criteria” at the Khor Thong Kwao Meeting Room, administrators, and all lecturers participated in this event.

The project aimed to promote knowledge and understanding of the criteria and processes for applying for academic positions, as well as develop skills in producing academic work. This will lead to an improvement in the quality of teaching, research, and academic service to society, a crucial mechanism for developing the quality of higher education.

On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Pattaravis Yoowattana, Director of Udon Thani Education Center, presented the objectives and background of the project. Associate Professor Dr. Rosjana Chandhasa, Vice President for Research and Development, presided over the opening ceremony and gave a motivational speech to the training participants.

In addition, Professor (Yanawit) Dr. Alongklod Tanomtong was invited as a guest speaker to lecture on the topic of "Techniques for Writing Academic Works, Textbooks, and Books for Applying for Academic Positions According to the New Criteria," sharing his knowledge and experience in detail.

In the afternoon, participants had the opportunity to receive individual consultations from the speaker, enabling them to apply the knowledge effectively in developing their academic work.

This project is another important activity reflecting the university's commitment to continuously developing the potential of its personnel, raising academic standards, and strengthening professional skills at the higher education level.
