 ภายใต้โครงการหน่วยขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคม ประจำพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569

 สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นในการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมที่เชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้ งานวิจัย และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของชุมชน สังคม และเศรษฐกิจอย่างยั่งยืน
