มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา ศูนย์การศึกษาจังหวัดอุดรธานี เดินหน้าขับเคลื่อนบทบาทมหาวิทยาลัยเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น ผ่านการจัดโครงการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร “บทบาท อำนาจหน้าที่ของผู้บริหารท้องถิ่นและสมาชิกสภาท้องถิ่น ระเบียบข้อบังคับเกี่ยวกับการประชุมสภาท้องถิ่น และเทคนิคการประชุมสภาท้องถิ่นให้มีประสิทธิภาพ” ระหว่างวันที่ 1 – 3 พฤษภาคม 2569 ณ เดอะแคมป์ เชียงคาน อำเภอเชียงคาน จังหวัดเลย เพื่อเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้และพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้บริหารท้องถิ่นและสมาชิกสภาท้องถิ่นให้สามารถปฏิบัติหน้าที่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โปร่งใส และสอดคล้องกับหลักธรรมาภิบาล

 การอบรมครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับบทบาทและอำนาจหน้าที่ของผู้บริหารท้องถิ่น ตลอดจนแนวทางปฏิบัติตามระเบียบข้อบังคับเกี่ยวกับการประชุมสภาท้องถิ่น เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นให้สามารถตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของประชาชนได้อย่างเหมาะสมและเป็นระบบ นอกจากนี้ ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมยังได้รับองค์ความรู้ด้านเทคนิคการประชุม การบริหารจัดการข้อเสนอและมติในที่ประชุม รวมถึงแนวทางการดำเนินงานที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายและระเบียบราชการ ซึ่งสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานจริงในพื้นที่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล

โครงการดังกล่าวสะท้อนบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทาในการเป็นศูนย์กลางองค์ความรู้เพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น ผ่านการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ทางวิชาการและการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐในระดับพื้นที่ เพื่อร่วมกันยกระดับศักยภาพการบริหารจัดการขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน

การดำเนินงานครั้งนี้มีความสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) โดยเฉพาะ SDG 16 สันติภาพ ความยุติธรรม และสถาบันที่เข้มแข็ง ซึ่งมุ่งส่งเสริมการบริหารงานภาครัฐที่มีประสิทธิภาพ โปร่งใส และตรวจสอบได้ ผ่านการพัฒนาศักยภาพของผู้บริหารและสมาชิกสภาท้องถิ่นให้มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมาย ระเบียบ และธรรมาภิบาลในการบริหารงานท้องถิ่น นอกจากนี้ ยังสอดคล้องกับ SDG 11 เมืองและชุมชนที่ยั่งยืน ผ่านการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นให้สามารถวางแผนและบริหารจัดการชุมชนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และ SDG 4 การศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ ในมิติของการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตและการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรภาครัฐอย่างต่อเนื่อง

 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา ศูนย์การศึกษาจังหวัดอุดรธานี ยังคงมุ่งมั่นในการเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้นำท้องถิ่นและสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาชุมชนและสังคมอย่างเข้มแข็ง โปร่งใส และยั่งยืนต่อไป"

Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Strengthens Local Development through Training Program for Local Administrators and Council Members

 Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Udon Thani Education Center, continues to reinforce its role as a university for local development through the organization of a training program titled “Roles and Responsibilities of Local Executives and Local Council Members, Regulations Governing Local Council Meetings, and Effective Techniques for Conducting Local Council Meetings.” The program was held from May 1–3, 2026, at The Camp Chiang Khan, Chiang Khan District, Loei Province, with the objective of enhancing knowledge and strengthening the capabilities of local administrators and local council members to perform their duties effectively, transparently, and in accordance with the principles of good governance.

 The training program focused on building participants’ understanding of the roles and responsibilities of local executives, as well as guidelines for complying with regulations governing local council meetings. The initiative aimed to improve the efficiency of local administrative organizations in responding systematically and appropriately to the needs of local communities. Participants also gained practical knowledge in meeting techniques, proposal and resolution management, and operational procedures in compliance with laws and government regulations, all of which can be effectively applied in their actual work within local communities.

 The project reflects Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University’s role as a knowledge hub for local development through academic knowledge transfer and collaboration with local government agencies. The initiative also contributes to strengthening the management capacity of local administrative organizations in a sustainable manner.

This initiative is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, which promotes effective, transparent, and accountable public administration through enhancing the knowledge of local executives and council members in legal frameworks, regulations, and good governance principles. In addition, the program supports SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities by strengthening the capabilities of local administrative organizations in planning and community management, as well as SDG 4: Quality Education through promoting lifelong learning and continuous professional development for public sector personnel.

 Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Udon Thani Education Center, remains committed to serving as a key mechanism in strengthening the capacity of local leaders and fostering academic collaboration networks to support strong, transparent, and sustainable community and social development.
