SSRU อุดรธานี ร่วมอบรม OKRs ยกระดับการบริหารองค์กรสู่เป้าหมายเชิงยุทธศาสตร์

วันที่ 9 มิถุนายน 2569 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา ศูนย์การศึกษาจังหวัดอุดรธานี นำโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ภัทรวิทย์ อยู่วัฒนะ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์การศึกษาจังหวัดอุดรธานี พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และบุคลากร เข้าร่วม โครงการสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจการบริหารจัดการองค์กรด้วย OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) จัดโดยกองนโยบายและแผน ณ หอประชุมสุนันทานุสรณ์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา

 การอบรมครั้งนี้มุ่งเสริมสร้างความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการกำหนดเป้าหมายและผลลัพธ์สำคัญ (OKRs) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน ยกระดับศักยภาพบุคลากร และขับเคลื่อนองค์กรสู่ความสำเร็จตามยุทธศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ก้าวทันการเปลี่ยนแปลง และร่วมขับเคลื่อนองค์กรสู่ความเป็นเลิศ

 SSRU Udon Thani participates in OKRs Training to upgrade organizational management towards strategic goals

On June 9th, 2026, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Udon Thani Education Center, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pattaravis Yoowattana, Director of Udon Thani Education Center, along with administrators, lecturers, and staff, participated in the project to build knowledge and understanding of organizational management using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), organized by the Policy and Planning Division at the Sunanthanusorn Auditorium, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

 This training aimed to enhance knowledge and understanding of setting goals and key results (OKRs) to increase operational efficiency, upgrade the potential of personnel, and drive the organization towards concrete success according to the university's strategy, keeping pace with change, and jointly driving the organization towards excellence.
