On 2 September 2025, representatives from the Promotion of Savings Division, National Savings Fund (NSF) met with Assistant Professor Dr. Phattharawit Youwattana, Director of the Udon Thani Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, along with the university’s executive team, to discuss collaboration on activities promoting financial literacy and savings among students.

This meeting follows the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), the National Savings Fund (NSF), and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), aiming to advance the 20-year National Strategy on creating social equity and opportunities, and to strengthen cooperation among the three agencies.

During the meeting, NSF requested support for participating in university activities to provide knowledge about the fund and promote student savings initiatives. This aligns with the university’s policy, allowing students to count participation in such activities as community service hours.
