Suan Sunandha’s Udon Thani Education Center Mobilizes Staff to Formulate Organizational Strategy Aimed at 2027 Student Recruitment

 On October 14, 2026, Associate Professor Dr. Komsan Sommanawat, Vice President for Administration and Acting Director of the Udon Thani Education Center, presided over the Center’s 10th staff meeting of the year. The meeting took place in the Faculty of Education conference room at Thailand National Sports University's Udon Thani Campus, with full attendance from both academic and support staff.

 The meeting focused on establishing internal management guidelines—covering organizational communication policies, strategic public relations, and the action plan for new student recruitment for the 2027 academic year—alongside measures to ensure quality control in teaching and learning. These efforts aim to improve operational efficiency and elevate educational quality.

 Additionally, faculty members from various disciplines proposed strategic plans and operational guidelines for their respective fields. They also highlighted operational challenges and obstacles, working together to analyze issues, find solutions, and foster inter-departmental collaboration toward a unified direction.

 This meeting served to align policy with practice, build mutual understanding among staff, and prepare the Udon Thani Education Center to drive organizational progress, improve educational quality, and boost the efficiency of new student recruitment for the 2027 academic year.

As the Udon Thani Education Center is currently undergoing electrical system upgrades, we need to relocate the meeting to ensure the proceedings continue smoothly.
