SSRU Charts Its Future: University Leaders Unite to Shape Strategic Direction Amid Higher Education Challenges

Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (SSRU) held a strategic workshop titled “Driving Policies and Shaping the Future Direction of the University” from 28–30 June 2026 at Phumontra Resort, Nakhon Nayok Province. The workshop brought together the University's executive team to exchange perspectives, formulate strategic priorities, and define a clear roadmap for institutional development in response to the rapidly evolving landscape of higher education.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Srivibul, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, who delivered a keynote address on the University's adaptation strategies to ensure sustainability and competitiveness amid the current challenges facing higher education.

During the workshop, Associate Professor Dr. Ruedet Kerdwichai, Chairman of the University Council, shared his vision on strategic leadership, the application of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) as a performance management framework, and effective budget allocation to maximize organizational value and operational efficiency.

The program also included discussions on reviewing the University's SSRU Positioning, preparing for the transition toward autonomous university status, reassessing the University's vision and strategic framework, and establishing a unified direction for institutional development. The workshop reaffirmed SSRU's commitment to strengthening its strategic capabilities and enhancing organizational resilience to meet future opportunities and challenges.
