Udon Thani Education Center Attends Customer Journey Training for Fiscal Year 2025

On Wednesday, February 5, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Assistant Professor Dr. Pattarawit Youwattana, Acting Director of the Udon Thani Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, assigned Lecturer Theerarath Amnajcharoen, from the Tourism Industry Management program, to attend the "Customer Journey Promotion and Awareness" training for the fiscal year 2025.

The training was honored by Associate Professor Dr. Bundit Phangnirund, Vice President for Business Development and Revenue Generation, who presided over the opening ceremony. The lecture was delivered by Lecturer Natthaphat Lopraditphong, Strategic Education Advisor from the Education Division, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital.

The purpose of this training was to promote understanding and deepen knowledge of the Customer Journey concept and principles.

The training was held at Suphanika Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Wang Suan Sunandha Hotel, organized by the Business Development and Revenue Generation Division, Central Office, Office of the President, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The event attracted many faculty members and staff participants.
