On November 21, 2024, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM,
Asst. Prof. Dr. Phattharawit Youwattana, Director of Udon Thani Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, together with the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, and faculty members from the Tourism and Hospitality Management, Commerce, and Political Science programs, participated in the signing ceremony for the collaborative partnership for research and academic services between Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Udon Thani Education Center, and the Saphan Hin Conservation Tourism Community Enterprise, located in Tha Li Subdistrict, Kumphawapi District, Udon Thani Province.

This collaboration aims to promote and support academic research and community services, including the transfer of technological innovations to local communities to generate tangible outcomes. The initiative aligns with the university’s strategic mission of local development under the “Cultural Tourism Community-Based Skill Development and Grassroots Economic Empowerment Project” in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for Udon Thani Province in the 2025 fiscal year.

The community also presented their signature local dish: "Steak On Stone", showcasing unique culinary identity and local innovation.
