Associate Professor Dr. Pattharawit Yuwattana, Director of the Udon Thani Provincial Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, assigned Mr. Suphat Somsuk, Deputy Director for Administration, to deliver a welcome address to the executives from the Skill Development Institute 18 Udon Thani, together with trainers and trainees participating in the project “Enhancing Workforce Competencies in Technology for the 21st Century.”
