Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Udon Thani Center Receives Policy Direction for Fiscal Year 2026, Aligning Organizational Goals for Unified Workforce Management

Assistant Professor Dr. Phattharawit Yuwattana, Director of the Udon Thani Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, together with the executive team, academic staff, and supporting personnel, participated in the university’s personnel policy briefing for Fiscal Year 2026 via an online platform.

The objective of this session was to communicate key policies, strategic directions, and to foster a shared understanding in driving the university forward in a unified, systematic, efficient, and sustainable manner.

On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Ruedet Kerdwichai, Chairman of the University Council, delivered the personnel management policy under the concept of “Suan Sunandha’s New Paradigm: From KPI to OKR.” This approach aims to enhance staff performance by focusing on collective outcomes aligned with the university’s strategic goals.

In addition, Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriboon, President of the University, presented the operational direction and strategic transformation to prepare for future changes and strengthen the university’s comprehensive development.
