A Century of Remembrance: Suan Sunandha Holds Merit-Making Ceremony in Honor of King Rama VI and Princess Bejaratana
Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University organized a merit-making ceremony to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the passing of King Vajiravudh and the 100th anniversary of the birth of Princess Bejaratana Rajasuda on Monday, November 24, 2025, at the Office of the President Building, 1st Floor.
During the ceremony, executives, faculty members, staff, and students offered alms and lunch to ten monks from Wat Ratchathiwat Ratchaworawihan. The program included Buddhist chanting, the offering of funeral cloth (Mahā Bungsakul), and the presentation of the four requisites (monastic necessities) as a gesture of reverence and gratitude.
The ceremony concluded with the monks receiving alms of dry food in front of the Office of the President building. The event was carried out in a solemn, dignified, and respectful atmosphere befitting the royal commemoration.
