The Program of Tourism and Hospitality Industry Management of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Udon Thani Center, organized a seminar of the Local Community's Creative Development in Sam Phrao towards an Suburban Vacation Destination of Udon Thani. In this regard, Mr. Supat Somsuk, the Acting Vice Director of the Speciap Affairs, presided over the opening ceremony; furthermore, Mrs. Ratchaneewan Charoenchai, the Director of Tourism Department, the Udon Thani's Provincial Administrative Organization, performed a lecture to participants in Chor Thong Kwao Meeting Room at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Udon Thani Center
